At Forward Fitness Club, we offer a variety of classes designed to challenge and inspire you. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, we have classes that will help you reach your goals.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by recovery periods. These classes are designed to burn maximum calories in minimum time while improving cardiovascular fitness and building strength.

Yoga Flow
Our Yoga Flow classes focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow of poses. This practice builds strength, flexibility, and concentration while reducing stress and improving overall wellness.

Spin Cycle
Our high-energy indoor cycling classes combine rhythm-based choreography with intense cardio and strength training. Led by expert instructors who guide you through a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding.

Strength & Conditioning
Build muscle, increase strength, and improve your overall fitness with our Strength & Conditioning classes. These sessions incorporate various equipment including free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.

Zumba
Zumba is a fun, energetic dance workout that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. It's a total body workout that feels more like a party than exercise!

Class Policies
Reservations
Classes can be booked up to one week in advance through our mobile app or website. We recommend booking early as classes fill up quickly.
Cancellations
Please cancel at least 2 hours before class start time to avoid a late cancellation fee. This allows others to take your spot.
What to Bring
Bring a water bottle, towel, and wear comfortable workout attire. Specialized equipment is provided for all classes.
